Spring/Easter Door Hanger

Made a monogrammed door hanger for my girlfriends office.

If you would, please tell us more about this project - software used, material, bits used, feeds and speeds, finishing techniques, etc. I’m not asking for much, am I? :grinning:

Approximately 18 inches tall. Purchased the base file from Etsy and edited in Carbide Create, controlled the machine with Gsender. 1/4 inch birch ply cut with a 1/8 downcut bit. DPP 0.080, Feed 30 inches per minute, Plunge rate 10, and router speed approximately 17,000 rpm (setting 3 on the Makita). Finished with acrylic paint and glued the layers together with TiteBond. It’ll be displayed indoor, so no protectant finish was applied.
