System locked on “Alarm (Homing)”

Just installed Superlongboard on my 30x30 LongMill MK2.

System comes up with “Alarm (Homing)” and won’t reset.

I don’t have the Induction sensors… never have had them.

Poking around told me to “update eeprom” and turn off the sensors.

I haven’t a clue how to do that and don’t want to brick my machine.

Any help would be appreciated.

In g-sender open up the firmware tool and scroll down to number 22 and slide the first slider so that enable is not selected Then click the button towards the bottom right “Apply new Settings” and you should be good.

Exactly how @jpnharris mentioned, first in gSender use either the red unlock button or the yellow one or both and eventually you should be able to unlock your machine. Once that’s done, go to the console and send the command “$rst=$” and hit enter. This should reset your whole board to the way it should be normally. Lastly just use the power switch at the back of the board to turn it off then back on again. Once you reconnect you should be good to go :muscle:

Thank you for the quick response. Problem is solved. System has been tested and is operating normally… only faster.
