My ZProbe isn’t working. I’ve checked continuity from magnet to slb connector, banana plug to slb connector. It worked once after initial machine assembly (Longmill mk2.5) but not since.
I tried to use the “Contact Form” which requires uploading a file. Well, the file won’t upload, just get an error message that the file is uploading, even after a day.
So then I tried emailing at hiscienci.com and the email came back as undelivered. Wonder if anyone else has had any issues with trying to reach them.
Did you try looking here:
At the very bottom is a contact form which doesn’t seem to require you sending a file.
That’s the page I’ve been on and when the contact form is populated it does require a file upload. I also find that the “email” and “call us” + at the bottom won’t open, at least in my case.
Hey Jack,
The email is hi@sienci.com not hisienci.com. You can also call us directly at 1-855-220-1231.
Cheers,
Stephen
I did email to hi@scienci.com and it came back as undelivered. Apparently I added ‘c’ as in science. Thanks for the catch.
Ha, my typos go the other way around. When I need to type science, I end up with sience more often than can be accounted for by chance.
I am an addict!
Welcome to the club Jack.
The whole concept of using a common word and misspelling it just because you can is a rather stupid thing to do. I wonder how many people have problems spelling it correctly … I certainly have mistyped it more often then getting it right. I need to look at the URL anytime I refer to it.
@Jens I’m not here to defend their company name nor say that it’s stupid. I will say, though, that they did not take a common word and misspell it. They took the phonetic sound attributed to the abbreviation for computer numeric controlled (CNC) and spelled it as it sounds in English.
I will also say, with respect, that it is unfair to criticize someone that you cannot contact when you misspell their name. I can assure you that, anyone trying to reach me by addressing their contact to grand will not reach me.
Well yeah, you are of course 100% correct. I also know how the name came about but I still think it is unfortunate (maybe stupid was a bit too strong) to choose ‘sienci’ when a casual user will be more than likely to spell it ‘science’ (or, as in this thread, Scienci’)
There is a reason why short/simple URL’s cost a bucket load of money …
As it has been clarified how anyone can reach Sienci, I’ll close the topic.
