Skip the weeks of setup and test cuts. Everything is ready to cut, so you can go from opening the file to cutting a full 32-piece set in minutes.

My own independently developed project, designed and tested on my AltMill 4×4. I handle all support and purchase questions.

Included

• STL files for all pieces and board layouts, plus alignment-hole DXFs
• VCarve Pro files with all toolpaths, tabs and alignment holes set up for both sides
• Step-by-step PDF guide

Software

• VCarve Pro / Aspire 12 or newer: open, select your tools, recalculate and cut.
• Other two-sided CAM (Fusion 360, Carveco, etc.): use the STL files and follow the guide to set up the job.

You’ll need: hardwood at least 38 mm thick and planed flat, a 6 mm end mill or compression cutter, a tapered ball nose, and 10 mm dowels. About 14 hours of machining for the full set.
