I order a SLB . I try to do the upgrade and test the motor and the function using Gsender 1.4.10 no isue with the CNC motion or motor control. Then I try the laser K30 that worked perfect on the long board. The pwm LED light up and is variable with the GSender control but it seam that there is no signal going to the Laser conector.
I had to revert my upgrade to the long board so I can use my. laser. I ask the question in suport 3 time the answer I had was as Followed "I’m going to send you some settings files for the SLB. You can upload them through gSender. Instructions on how to do that here:
Please load these files, power cycle the SLB (turn off and on again) and let me know if the laser still is not working."
I send an email back saying it is still not working but no more reply from Sienci Lab .
3 time I had the same answer.
Should I just trash the SLB board and forget about it ?
I always could make a special switching box to switch from one to the other…
I sent picture and diagnostic files of my setup showing my laser working on the long board and not on the super long board . I followed the instruction as much as I could.but still no luck.

I had some confusion with my SLB too. In the spindle/laser section (bottom left of gsender 1.49) which spindle is set? I know by default it isn’t the laser, I have left mine this way.
Nice catch. U3 clearly stressed out and went for a smoke. I’m a bit confused on how your spindle doesn’t have an issue, but your laser does. Unfortunately I have no slb look deeper than what this schematic can tell me.
Regardless, that slb needs replacing. I would however look closely at my wiring of the spindle. Something went down for U3 to go on a smoke break and never return.
