Hi all, I am new to the group. Just ordered a MK2.5 LongMill 48x30 and cant wait for its arrival. I have a small garage woodshop and make projects for presents and give aways. I do sell some things, but dont really make money out of them, just enough to cover cost of materials. Wood working is my way of coping with my PTSD issues. I have a Shark SD120 and getting ready to sell it but was wondering if the Laser that I have (bought with the SD120) will work on the LongMill? If anyone has come across this question, please let me know. Thanks!!!

I just looked on the Shark site to read the specs on their laser. I have not seen one that mounted into the collet of the router. Interesting. According to the specs, it is a pwm laser, so I would not think you would have any issues running it on your LongMill. Others here may be using that exact laser and will be able to add to this.
