I downloaded some Thanksgiving themed 3D carve files for on the create and make. I tried to open all three file types and I cannot get them to open and electric does is open a blank new file and I cannot get a hold of anybody else to help.

Your post is a bit confusing - to me at least.
Do you mean that you bought files from Vectric’s Design and Make site?
What Vectric application are you using to open them?
I moved your post to the Vectric category, but I now realize that you did not say that you were running Vectric software. When you reply, I will move it back if appropriate.
Like @gwilki said we might need to know what Vectric product you have and what file extension the assets have.
A shot in the dark would be don’t try to ‘Open with Vectric’ from Windows file explorer or anything like that but rather to start a new project in Vectric and then ‘Import’ the asset. Look for an icon like a folder in the left sidebar or search in the menus for Import.

I’m using carve pro 12. I have purchased a few individuals that won’t open an design and make won’t let me download them. Can’t find help…
Has to be asked … are you using a trial version?

@Tommycuts Where did you buy your VCarvePro? If you bought/downloaded VCarvePro from the Vectric site or an authorized dealer, you created a V&Co on the Vectric site. You need to log into that account. Then you will be able to download the files.
Even if you are running the trial version, you will have created an account. I believe that you can still buy and download the files from DesignandMake. You will not be able to carve them, though.
Simple as that is,that did it I gotta dbl check but thanks if that way .thanks what a simple workaround.
