I am from Alberta visiting my daughter in Cambridge. I wanted to thank the folks at Sienci Labs where I bought my 30x30 LongMill Mk2 a short time ago for the great service and quick response as I was setting up my machine. I had the pleasure of a tour of their facility and met some of the great people involved in design, fabrication and shipping. Very impressive ! Yes, I brought Tim Bits :).

The customer service that Sienci Labs provided me before, during and after the sale is half the reason I bought a LongMill. The friendly and helpful members of this forum definitely put the LongMill over the top for me. They are very good people. Once again welcome from the cornfields of Iowa!
