What would be a good bit for cardboard?

Regular old cardboard. Would a cheap down cut end mill be ok? Iโ€™ll likely glue them together around an inch thick.

Thanks

I donโ€™t think it would.
Whatโ€™s your plan for work holding?

Amana makes endmills for cutting corrugated cardboard, compression, six or more flutes. Probably pricey, but you might find other endmills from other brands or China that would work.
Nothing beats a knife though.

I was thinking about tape and glue for clamping. Possibly lightly screwing them down on the inside of cuts. Holes on the inside of the workpiece will not matter in the end.
