What's causing this wear on the X Axis?

Hello There! I was performing my monthly maintenance/cleaning on my LongMill, and noticed this wear pattern on the X Axis:

Should be concerned about this? Thanks for the help.

Check to make sure you are not dragging a bolt from the Anti backlash nut back and forth. If it falls out it gets trapped in the z-axis back plate and will leave those kind of scratches.

Thanks Jim, that was the issue - now fixed. Gotta check those anti backlash nuts more often.
