I need a replacement Z motor and wiring harness for a 2019 MK1 Longmill, as mine has a burned-out harness.
Please direct me to the proper parts for 1 Z motor and 1 Z wiring harness.
Also, I reversed the side on which the X drive is located, and I need the proper setting in the firmware to change.
Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

You might not realize this, but we here at the forum are not sienci people. We are cnc owners, paying out of our own pocket to break stuff. You know, just like you.
So, unless someone has spare parts lying around that fit your machine, we are not going to be able to offer much assistance.
To get these components you must contact sienci somehow. I think opening a ticket and restate your quiry will get ya going. Here the contact page to do that.
Ifmyou want to source the parts from a third party, you need to locate the correct part in the bom and find a provider that can deliver the same.

Thank you for all the information. I will try the Contact Form again today. I hope Sienci gets it working. They told me by phone yesterday that the form wouldn’t accept pictures, but if you don’t add a picture, the form will not permit you to submit the request. Everybody have a great day.

@Megistus There are motors and cables on the Sienci store page.
You may not have seen them as they are on the Mk2 page. You can verify with Sienci, but I believe that they are the same as the Mk1 motors.
True enough, I also need the related wiring harness for the Z motor shipped, and its somewhat unclear if its included.
