All motors locked up

I changed to an updated .nc gcode and was having issues with running an outline to verify the parameters. When I checked the calibrate and firmware it all looked ok. After another check I tried resetting defaults and the machine started growling like all motors were on. I disconnected the motors and when I plug one back in it’s apparent it’s getting a signal and manually rotating is resisting. I’m at a loss. All was fine until I tried to restore defaults. Help

@Powerhaze Welcome to the group.

For anyone to help you, we need much more information. In no particular order:

  1. What CNC machine do you have?
  2. What controller are you using?
  3. What CAD/CAM application are you using?
  4. How did you reset to defaults?
  5. What post processor are you using? On the face of it, you are not using either grbl inch or grbl mm as you should be.

Thanks for the nudge for more input info.
