I was flatning a cutting board and my spindle wound not start after i adjusted for next pass. Was working fine. Made three passes and now will not start. Showing alarm 14. Turned everything off reset powered back on everything i could think of but still will not start

Have you looked at the solutions presented on this page about that specific alarm?
I did all of those things. Now the alarm 14 does not come on. When I try to start the spindle from gsender the active symbol shows on but it doesn’t start. ??
Ouch, that sounds like its out of my league already. I no have no slb nor a spindle let alone a fancy altmill and even my g-sender is outdated.
Maybe someone with a bit more hands on experience will chime in, or you could open a ticket with support.
