Dear fellow line walkers,
When I was looking for a suitable machine and stumbled upon Sienci’s machines, their website with all the technical manuals, blogs, and this forum, I knew something was off. Something was different, better, out of the ordinary. Something installed a confusing feeling that I could trust this company with my money and deliver on their promisses.
When you, for instance browse this forum , you are going to stumble upon topics about machine problems that end up with sienci replacing components, often well beyond their warranty period. That, my fellow oldfartshoutsatclouders, was what pulled sienci into my nostalgic heart. Here was a company that stood for what I thought was lost to time -costumer first-.
I think the post above reflects and enriches this feeling I have about sienci. This isn’t the run of the mill reaction we expect companies to legaly isolate their reputation with, this is a call to me as a costumer to understand and act, repay if you want, the old fashioned decency that sienci has been handing out so generously throughout the years. And though I like to step on and over lines, when called upon like this, I am happy to and maybe even obligated to myself to admit that I am an ass more times than I need to be.
So to compensate my asseyness a wee, I like this opertunety to express my gratitude towards the people that work so hard to let me know that parts of the world still holds the values thought lost. That they are nurtured and held at heart. Not by hollow words, but by actions that seem to go unnoticed in a world that seem to only listen to the loudest mouths.
Be assured, they are not unnoticed.
I love you all.
Requested by @Chucky_ott I include a hug emoticon.
Or at least something that looks like it, if you squint.
