Premesso che è da poco ho iniziato a usare gSendere. Volevo sapere se c’è una funzione per visualizzare in anteprima la lavorazione del pezzo. In pratica vedere la simulazione dell’utensile, anche se il pc non è collegato alla cnc.
Wecome to the magical forum, where wizards share their deep knowledge with apprentices like me and you, seeking wishdom beyond our realm of understanding.
Though gsender has a test function to see if the code has any errors in it, the function you seek resides in the software the toolpaths are designed in. I do not use any design software outside vectric vcarve pro, but I am almost certain any design software that creates toolpaths has a feature to simulate them for a visual check.
What design software do you use?
I hope one of the respected wizards will come in and enlighten us with their wishdom, for I am only using gsender 1.21 and may be wrong entirely on the functionalities that have been added to the higher versions of the software.
@Azza There is the check command that checks a file before you run it (I think that is the same thing that @Spamming_Eddie is referring to). You will see tool movements in the visualizer, but perhaps not at a speed that you want. I’m not sure if it will work if you’re not connected to the machine.
