Is there anything wrong with zeroing my mk1 longmill by maxing out both x and y to their physical limits (like until that buzzing/grinding sound)? That should allow for a repeatable zero every time right?
This isn’t technically a gSender specific question, but if what you mean is ‘homing’ then technically… yeah it’s a valid technique
If you record your zero point as an offset from where you rammed your machine, and if you ram it there again in the future the you could restore the offset and keep going.
It won’t be the most accurate approach but it’s akin to the paper technique where it can still kinda work
