Auto zero to xyz &y is offset

I use the auto zero touch block to XYZ and it works then is supposed to go to zero when finished but does not for the y-axis. The Y appears to be 1.75 in towards the back from where it is initially supposed to be. I’m using the Altmill with the super long board

I’m not sure what you mean by when it’s finished. Is it setting the zeroes to the right place?

It doesn’t matter where it ends up after the probe sequence as long as when you go to xyz zero it is in the right place.

I put the probe on the corner of the stock and run XYZ. It goes through what it does then instead of ending at the corner it moves along the Y to a position 1.75 inches back from the corner of the stock (Pushing the block in the process). X and Z are correct.

Unfortunately I don’t have a fix for you but your 2nd post makes it clear what the issue is so maybe someone else can help you.

Good luck and if you don’t get help here, you can always Contact Sienci. There are also several links on that page for troubleshooting that might help.
