Hello, I am very new to CNC. I do not have a Sienci labs machine but I purchased the auto zero touch plate. I am using UCCNC and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to work.

I don’t believe that the auto zero touch plate will work with any other application than gSender. Others here may prove me wrong.

The basic underlying operation of the auto touchplate is electrical conductivity between bit and touchplate. I find it difficult to believe that other setups don’t support that basic functionality. On the other hand, the ‘auto’ part depends on coding within gSender which is highly unlikely to be present in other CNC mills. @tresguey would have to program macro routines (if available in his equipment) to duplicate the functionality of the probing routine that Sienci equipment has built in.
