Carbide Create Interface with gsender

Does anyone use Carbide Create, and if you do are there any problems with interfacing with Gsender?

@JimmyHale56 Welcome to the group, Jimmy.

I’ve moved your question to the Carbide Create category. It may get more traction here.

If you search on “Carbide Create” you will get many hits on threads discussing using it with gSender. They may help you.

I bought CCPro primarily because I could use it on my 2015 Macbook. I can’t think of any real issues with the GCode not working off the top of my head, other than my own mistakes. Hopefully some others with more experience will chime in as my time on my machine is relatively limited as a fairly new CNC’er.

I currently have a Shapeoko 3XXL and have used it with CCPro for several years, so I am so familiar with the software I would like to avoid another learning curve .

Ive used carbide create and vectric vcarve designs with gsender on shapeoko 4 without issues. Note I havent updated to gsender 1.5X.

Also on a MacBook Pro, a recent issue and I am not sure where to even start to troubleshoot it. But I was using the box gadget and had a problem.

as a test I cut a small box less than a foot square. On the same sheet of plywood. It printed perfectly, so I created the larger box, in vectric every finger joint has the right spacing.

on the cut the finger joints were much smaller, I let it finish cutting as it was a project for my table.

The test box. Same sheet of plywood. So I am not sure how to try and track this down. Currently I am just not trusting gsender and back to carbide motion.
