CNC Control issues

Hi,

I am having issues with gSender v 1.62

I am using VCarve Pro

Genmitsu 4040

Also the CNC is behaving odd. When I run the simulator in vcarve pro the file works fine

When I run the file in gSender I receive the errors one is:

the following line caused an error 2: 'G1X3.7997Y7.884270.0180 ā€™ IN gSender.

also the machine at some point has a mind of its own causing it to move the spindle away from the carve in a straight line or jusy bore down into the wood.

@fennelljc Welcome to the group John.
That gcode line is strange it seems to me. The Y move has two decimals in it. Is this really the line, or is there a transcribing issue?
Is this the only file that is causing you grief?
