My machine worked well for the first while but now have issues where it disconnects within a few seconds of connections. Have unplugged everything except the connection to cnc and and cnc to the computer. I had contacted support and done their suggestions thought the problem was fixed but its doing it again.
Open to any Ideas.
I also will probably call support next week again.
@sgerber You may want to look at the humidity of your shop now that we are in heating season. Static issues are often made worse in dry air.
