Error 2 - bad format number

i had to update my Gsender to the 1.4, now when i click the y, x, or z. it gives me Error 2 - bad format number. this is a new setup and i haven’t loaded a job yet.

@firemutt What machine and controller are you running? If it is not the SLB, make sure tha you are connecting with grbl and not grbl hal

i have the longmill MK2.5, it came with the SLB controller.

@firemutt OK, let’s flip this around. Be sure that you are connected with grblHal and not grbl. If you are, I’m out of ideas. I searched the forum and others have encountered this error owing to the grbl vs grblHal choice.

I’m 100% sure it is, but i will check it again tonight when i get home.

I hook it up and it operated just fine this time, had nothing to do with “grbl” its not even listed.
