Great news today on the extension to the Sienci warranty. Although they have been good in replacing parts outside of the warranty period, I’m sure the extension will increase sales. The email they sent out this morning provides the reasoning behind this decision. Kudos to Sienci!
FWIW, when I purchased my Altmill last year, the warranty period was a concern of mine. So I’m glad they have now increased it. It should put the mind at ease for a lot of potential clients.
