what is the surface speed m/min , cutting feedrate , Lead-in feedrate , Lead-out feedrate , Ramp feedrate , Plundge feedrate and the feed per revolution

i try to found info about what did i need to put for each of my cutting tool to work fast

i want to use 1/4″ Spiral Up Cut End Mill

P.S i use Fusion 360
