Got my machine and everything was going great assembling it. Then I noticed my z gantry was assembled on the x gantry upside down. It looked like a simple problem to rectify and it was but in my ignorance of the assembly I chose the wrong path to which tiny bearings fell out of my assembly. I quickly contacted the staff at Sienci Labs and due to the mishap on their part that started the issue they quickly issued a new part out for me. If your reading these forums and on the fence about choosing a machine to go with, know this the staff at Sienci firmly stand behind and are their for the customers of their machines. Great company to do business with, i have spent a lot of money with them and i expect to spend much more with them. Awesome company to be in bed with. Thanks again guys for all your support.
