Hi everyone. I am Rick. I am a newbie. I bought a Sainsmart 4040 pro to begin my learning process. I began having trouble with Gsender on my Mac and attempted to run Sainsmart as my profile in firmware. I thought that I was supposed to ‘Flash grbl’ to update and did. After ‘flashing the grbl’ I lost all control with ‘Gsender’. I hope I have not made a unfixable mistake.
Any suggestions from you all would be helpful.

I think that Sainsmart might run a customized firmware but I’m not 100% sure on that.
In any case I found this link about the 4040 pro firmware. They use the offline controller to install it. Not sure if you have that or not.
I’m not sure how else to get that firmware installed because I’m used to seeing a single hex file that you can install but that download V3.0 has a couple hundred .bin files in it.
