Im using a Hewlit packard with windows 11. Ive used the vcarve pro and gsender for two years now and the cnc machine stopped in the middle of a spoil board resurface. The laptop does not recognize anything in the USB port. Ive switched USB ports with same result. I flipped over original longboard and check the USB card is in tact and used a plastic tool to seat it…its secure. I have all four lights on as well. It feels like the USB card is bad. I do get the ding dong sound when i unplug or plug in anything to the laptop USB port. When i open up Gsender and try to connect it says “No device found” and shows disconnected .
i am having the same problem.
I have a new Long Mill Machine
I’m having this same issue right now did you ever find out the problem?
@Redson12 Welcome to the group.
Are you using the long board or the super long board.
In windows device manager, does it see the device on a com port?
I have a 30X30 MK2 Longboard…ive replaced the USB card once already…the machine has been much better after replacing the backlash nuts to the spring loaded style white one. Sometimes this machine does some crazy stuff which keeps me from doing intricate carves…im not convinced i can do a 3D carve without some weird thing happening.
