I switched from rotary to regular. Noticed the X axis was moving very slow. Went into firmware to check adjustments as I was looking I noticed the $30 was at 3000, I had changed it to 255 when laser so I changed it back to 255. Screen went black.
So i closed Gsender and reopened now ever time I go to connect the machine MK 48x30 the screen just goes black.
HELP
Was sitting outside looking at if anyone had this same problem…. Yes I first called Sience labs for help. When I got back to my machine this was on the screen.
This is weird. I had a kinda simular issue running a laser job after I finnished my carve yesterday. tried loading the laser-job this morning and Gsender went blanck at the moment it shoud have started rendering the job. It’s a rather large job, in fact it is thus large that my dimensions including calibration lines exceed the dimensions of the longmill quite a bit.
Me thinking this was the problem, tried a smaller file that has worked fine, but that too didn’t fix the problem. Disconnecting the remote desktop from the machine nor bypassing my webstorage and loading directly at the machine did help either.
I ended up installing Gsender 1.2.2 to see if that version could manage the size of the job. It did and does, and after a few hickups due to settings, my laserjob is now running smooth- fingers crossed.
I have no idea why gsender is acting up or what to do about it other than take a step back. I just wanted you to know that you are not alone.
I tried reinstalling Gsender v 1.4.7 after renaming old one same issue
Then I tried to install an older version 1.4.5 same issue.
I have but in a request for help.
This is very frustrating since I had issues getting it to run since I bought it 11/2022 after 1 1/2 years finally got it working thanks to the diligence of @Jason tech support.
Now this
Sorry for my “reply”. I was trying to update Sience labs not realizing I was actually reply to your response.
Thanks for reaching out. I agree with the frustration part
I am trying to make cups for a family vacation next week. It would seem anytime I am trying to get something done this machine as an other agenda.
