Everything worked fine a few days ago. Went to use it yesterday and it cant find my port that my longmill is connected to so i can’t connect. I dont know if it is the computer or gsender or the arduino board. I dont know were to start to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
@Djohn If you are running Windows, if I were you, I would start by seeing if windows sees the com port in device manager. If it does, you can look at what @Spamming_Eddie suggests. if it does not, the issue is not gSender related.
I cannot find my Ports (COM & LPT) in Device Manager. Where do i go from here? I have work i need to be getting out and i am dead in my tracks.
I have got the Ports (COM & LPT) TO come up but as soon as i click out of it and open it back up it is gone. What am i missin here?
Are you running the Long Board or the SLB?
If you are running the long board, I would ensure that the Uno is firmly seated on the board. If that is not the issue, I would suggest that you load the arduino drivers from here
https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/generic/DriverInstallation/
Windows should do this automatically, but sometimes things glitch.
I will give this a try.
