Help need on inlay

i have been do inlays for some time. but i have a problem i do a inlay then invert it add a box and print again
the second print ,the mail is too big to go in . i then print again smaller and smaller till i get one to fit please help malcolm

I have only done a couple of inlays but they all fit fine using that pdf as a guide.
