loaded file into gsender but no connection

Welcome to the forum.
You have provided so little information on what your setup is that is is hard to come up with anything more than “I’m sorry for your loss”.
There can be multiple causes, bjt to get to the bottom of that puzzle, you might need to include a bit more info on you setup. Like what machine, what controller, how do you connect to it via what software on what computer device running what os.
The fact that you posted this in ugs might suggest you are using that software, but.. there have been many posts in the ugs section that actually where on gsender and visa versa.
Please provide as many relevant information on your setup and help us help you.
