I can’t come close to the quality of the print. Does anybody know what kind of a printer is used for these? How about how these things are fixtured to be able to print them. Anybody know?
Very cool!

Not sure what they use, but I have a Voron 2.4 and it’ll print even nicer than what these are printed. Of course, it’s a full DIY build from a kit. But if it’s something you’re up for, it’s really hard to beat.
I printed some extra cable clips for my AltMill, and they came out very nice.
I use a Jubilee for my better prints but of course it is quite possible that I haven’t dialed in the 50 million parameters in PrusaSlicer or that my filament is not the best.
The cable clips are pretty straight forward and any printer can print those. I will be printing a few more and will re-design them a bit for my heavier cable bundles as well.
Anyhow, as far as the dust shoe is concerned, I got thoroughly annoyed with the one supplied and am working on my own version that I do not have to fight with for tool changes. It is basically the same as 90% of the dust shoes out there. The brush assembly will attach magnetically and I don’t have to deal with the chip collector hose during tool changes either. The brush material showed up today from Amazon and I am currently fighting with Fusion360 and the final touches of the lower (snap on) portion of the dust shoe. Hopefully it will work out ok.
