Incorrect x, z measurements when cutting

I am having an issue with my x&z axis not cutting the correct width and depth. I am trying to cut a pocket for my T Tracks. These are the mesaurements in V Carve Pro: X measures .75, Z measures .625 deep, and y measures 34 long. When I download the file and cut the pocket out my X measurement comes out .59, and my Z axis comes out .4 and theY axis comes out 33.75 after the cut. I am assuming it is a GCode issue. Is there any way to adjust the G code in either V Carve or G Sender to that they are in sync. Thanks

MIke

Hi Mike,

Have you looked at the calibration tool functionality inside g-sender?

I’ve heard people using a vbit an some scrap instead of the recommended tape on the axis, but that is up to you. This tool can help you home into better results, if there’s no other issues preventing your machine from being accurate.

If you note before change, you can always go back.

@wintersmd How are you setting your XYZ0? Can you post your .crv file?

Thanks Eddie!!! This is what I was looking for. I figured there was a procedure to get the machine dialed in but I just could not find it.

I am using the auto zero plate and it works as advertised. I put it on the corner of my work piece and after its cycle it goes right to the corner. I was impressed
