Issues with Longmill MK2.5 - X Motor and Limit Switch on Right

All,

I’m having problems with my Longmill MK2.5. Due to the location it is sitting, I needed to install the X axis motor to the right side. This was also true for the X limit switch, its on the right side. I’ve been able to get everything to move in the right direction but am still experiencing various issues that seem to be caused by that decision.

Current issue: I went to surface my spoilboard using gSender and since Home is on the lower right (0,0,0 ), when I check the distance to the left side, I get a negative number (-808.228) which the surfacing application won’t accept (nothing negative). Thoughts? Is there a setting I missed somewhere?

Any thoughts from the @sienci team? I really need to get this fixed as I have paying projects to complete.

Hi Don,

Will setting homing invert ($23) in eeprom settings on the axis that gives you problems solve this problem?

@Donpagel You should open a support ticket with Sienci if you have not already done so.
