Anyone else if you’ve enjoyed a positive experience with us or our machines then we’d really appreciate posting thoughts or pictures on review sites for us @all
I am awaiting my Altmill and I look forward to posting positively once it arrives. I spent 6 months reading reviews of various machines (in my price range) and had decided on the Longmill (due to all the positive feedback, reviews and the support community for it) when you announced the Altmill.
I am super excited and cannot wait for it to arrive and share everything about it!

@chrismakesstuff i have loved using my longmill for the past 2 years! Done quite a few videos on my YouTube channel using it as well as a custom enclosure for it !

I can say my experiences with customer service have been exemptulary.
They usually answer next day. I especially love how they give step by step instructions on fixes.
When going from std board to SLB I had 2 different issues. Each time CS gave step by step instructions to solve the issues.
Other than that my year old MK2 hs made many many jobs

Bought a mk1 30x30 to start , had fun playing and learning to use it with a few different softwares . Broke a few bits and had to redo projects , some more than once , the long mill is a great machine and easy to work on . Awesome forum help and advice . Now waiting for my Altmill to arrive with spindle motor , look forward to getting back into making stuff . Took 2 days to sell my longmill after i had posted on FB locally.

I purchased the 32x48 MK2 Longmill from Sienci Labs about a year ago and i love it.
i just upgraded the controller to the SLB “super Long Board” but haven’t had time to plug it in.
waiting to wrap up a couple more projects with the old long board before switching it over.
things are never just plug and play for me. i will let everyone know how that goes.
so far it’s been ezpz.
Cant Waite to run the new GRBL software as well.
saving my pennies for the rotary tool next.

looking back a couple years ago i would have never imagined I could do the things i am doing on my Longmill {R} now.

Can’t give a rating until I can do two things - 1) properly home the machine and 2) properly park the machine. Otherwise, it’s just all marketing talk and no substance.
