I’ll take a look at the block to see if there’s any dirt and try to align it. V wheels should be good sense; I replaced them not too long ago. I had an issue w/ the x gantry getting tight on the far left side but figured out that the bearing on that side was pushing up on the lead screw causing the v-wheels to tighten and bind. I fixed that by putting a shim on the top side of the bearing to push it down, which seemed to fix that issue.
Yes, I changed the V-carve estimated time rapid rate down, which for the couple of tests seemed to help it, but if I jog rapidly with the x-axis, it still stalls the motor out. It isn’t that big of a deal since I just keep it on normal jog speed for now.
@barthrh Yes, the problem was the Firware settings. I changed some of the rapid movements and acceleration /$values on the x-axis, which caused this weird problem. so don’t touch those unless you know what you are doing.
