Looking for instructions on how to adjust square

I have verified the X gantry on my 4x2 Altmill is off. I screwed a plywood square to my spoilboard and then ran the router manually on it to “square” it, but when I put a framing square inside my plywood square I can tell there’s more than 1/32” discrepancy - it’s over 90 degrees.
It also allows prepared stock that came off my miter saw and my table saw sled to rock back and forth slightly, and I know those are square.
The right side is slightly off.
I tried the squaring tool in gsender twice and I guess it’s within margin of error because it tells me there’s no problem. But it’s not good enough and I want to adjust it.
Is it hardware adjustable, or is the squaring tool doing something in software to adjust and I am just out of luck trying to have a square fence on my Altmill?
If I can adjust the hardware, how do I do it? I can’t find any info on it.

When you assembled, did you move your gantry to the front tight against both bumpers before fastening the ball screws to gantry? Check to see if you have equal space between gantry and front bumpers.

Also, check that back sensors are fully set into the bumpers, equal distance.
