Looseing connection a lot

I am have connection problems.
The machine is always loosing connection.
i then have to unplug from my pc n start up again.
as soon as i start back up, te machine moves for a second then loose conncetion.

@FarmDogg007 welcome to the forum Mark! Good folks, sound advice. So first up, are you running a Long Board, or a super long board? Using a USB cable or a network cable? I have a few ideas for you but need additional info. Let me know!

Also be sure your usb is set to NEVER sleep, at the computer.

And make sure NOTHING else is running, like no other software, ie instant messaging, or music. Anything that could interfere with GSender communication with your LongMill.

Thanks for bringing to my attention, often times, I may listen to tunes, or do deign work while the machine does its thing. I’ll try running gsender the only open app. Dedicated processing power
