Machining aluminum

Hello, I have a sign project my work gave me. Basically I a some 5052 aluminum sheets that have been powder coated. My task is to cut our logo in the signs. I am only going to cut into the aluminum by about 1/32” and have accounted for the powder coat thickness. Are there any suggestions of the bit I should use? I was planning on using either a 1/8” or maybe a 1/4” bit.

Make the bit size as large as you can while keeping in mind that inside corners the bit will cut are limited to the diameter of your bit (unless you follow up with a smaller bit to trim the corners if your CAM software allows for that)). So, if you have a lot of detail the 1/8 bit will likely be best, otherwise use the 1/4" bit.
Use an O flute type bit (ie single flute)
