@Gerry Welcome back, Gerry. The solution for the original poster was to replace the controller. If your situation is the same as his; that is, you have the jogging problem in X that goes away when you swap the X and Z connector on the controller, and the problem moves to the Z axis, then you likely have a bad X controller board.
I suggest that you contact Sienci tech to confirm that and, likely replace your controller.
