About 14″. But if you’re planning to build an enclosure you should make it at least 20″ tall to ensure enough space for hose management, manipulating cutting material, etc.

And if you don’t put the router at the lowest point in the bracket, the top of the router can be near the top of the height limit so that pushes your cable issue higher.
