my altmill is stuck in Detroit Michagan Why? What is the problem? What needs to be done to get it after waiting all this time. Called UPS said i need business licenseor SS# that they will not get. Please Help

Hey Peter,
I had my longmill stuck at a depot just 20Km down the road, needing some weird ass number I didn’t have, nor could have cause I bought the mill private and they insisted it was commercial. I tried and tried to kick UPS into releasing the parcel, but they wouldn’t cause someone didn’t understand that a happy costumer is a returning costumer. When they treathened to send it back to Canada, I contacted Sienci and they sorted it in no time. Trying my best to not use UPS anymore.
Spare yourself the frustration and contact sienci.
Just finish talking with UPS lady gave SS # authorized to ship. Thanks for all the help.
