Skewed Test Pattern

Something for the Laser guru’s to chew on this morning. I was running a burn test on pine, created in Lightburn and run in GSender. The squares are supposed to be .5" X .5". When it loaded into GSender, the Y height was closer to 1.25" (hence needing to add the second board for the test pattern).

Once the last row was started, the X became 1.25" for 7 lines, then it magically shifted back to .5" in X, however the entire pattern was shifted 3" to the right. After a few more lines, the pattern shifted again, this time about 9" to the right.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
