SLB or VFD problem?

I’m unable to get my spindle to turn on my Altmill 4X4. My VFD displays ELU. My super Long board does not have the two lights flashing that are supposed to show that my spindle is operating correctly. I did the reset for the spindle in G sender. So when I go into G sender and press the forward button it says that the spindle is working and the little red light at the top comes on and says it’s working. After resetting the spindle in Gsender, I no longer get an error code of 14. It just says it’s turning, but it’s not turning so I’m trying to figure out if my problem is in the super long board or the VFD. I know ELU means that there’s a short or I’m not getting enough power to the VFD

@wsmit5 I’d configure the VFD to run in manual mode and then see what happens. When in manual mode, you control the spindle from the VFD buttons. If it works in manual mode, then it could be a problem with the SLB or the cable.

I have never used the VFD. When I called and asked questions one time they said the VFD was not really used. It was bypassed by the G sender. So I have no idea how to manually operate the VFD. Is there a place where I can look and find directions on how to do that? I tried using AI but the VFD always registered ELU or F000, and I couldn’t reset it to 00.00, and start the operation. I just ran a job on it a couple of months ago and it did everything fine.
