SLB Spindle help

Months ago, I upgraded my MK2 to the SLB and then later on got a spindle. I HAD the spindle set up and running, but this morning I inadvertently changed the settings in the config area. Now, my system will not run.

I can’t recall where I have seen it, but I seem to remember a document that walks through how to set up this configuration. Can any one point me in the right direction?
