Machine stopped half way through my job, kept saying “connecting” although it was showing as connected.
Rebooted everything, software, computer, etc.
Reloaded a new saved version of where it left off, once gsender reloaded, it looked strange. Touch plate won’t line up the project. Any ideas?
Dang, I JUST started to search for this problem in the posts to see if anyone had a solution and here is yours, 9 days and not a peep for solutions. Not lookin good.

not yet. I just ordered a quality brand USB cable. I like to try the obvious and what people have found to work before reaching out to tech support.
Used a good quality USB A-C and havent had an issue with it yet after four test projects…several hours now, which obviously isnt very long but, heres hoping.
