I set my mill up for first time. Make simple program with text in Carbide Create for test. Outline is working , but not able to run program. Nothing happens. Thanks for your support.

Did you change the post processing to GRBL. This gave me an issue when I first tried to cut using CC.
Edit> Select Post Processor> GRBL
