Yes anything coming from Canada to the USA is on hold. And if you’re trying to call ups forget about it. I will save you hours of your valuable time.

Thanks for the heads up. I figure I am in for a (longer than hoped) wait, but since the Altmilll still seems like a heck of a deal price wise, I am content (for now) to wait patiently. I will hold off contacting UPS as it seems to be futile. Again, thanks for the info.

Welcome to the forum.
If you ordered an Altmil on February 1st, then you are likely not getting it until April or May. And that has nothing to do with UPS or the tariffs but rather the amount of systems Sienci has to build before they get to yours. The order status is here: Order Status Tracking | Sienci Labs
The two orders from February 1st are scheduled for April/May.

Thanks, besides giving me a chuckle, now I feel depressed. LOL, All I can say is I understand they are backlogged and that this is a whole lot better that when I originally ordered a Glowforge via their original Kickstarter program. They had my money for over 18 months before I actually got a laser machine, so in every way this is much better and also I feel much more informed from the company.
Just received update on my cnc. It’s back on USA land. After being held up 12 days. Unfortunately now I’m on vacation in Central Asia. Hopefully my neighbors will be home when it arrives. But won’t hold my breath until it’s here . Because it has went thru 3 major delays. Was supposed to be delivered at end of December. Now we are nearing march. Wish you guys lots of luck.

I guess my patience ran off waiting four months for machine. But I knew it was going be long wait time according to what I read. But waiting weeks more for a package that I can drive to Canada and pick up. Flared my temperature some what.

Take it up with the shipping company. It’s not Amazon prime and sienci labs doesn’t hand deliver it.
