I said it before but Iāll say it again - shipping and logistics are far harder than people realize. Especially at the scale youāre doing it with your young company. I am blown away that I got a tracking number today. While later than I originally hoped, adjusted for all the changes to your timeline and supply delays, itās incredible performance.
And the newsletter with some of the photos to date in scrapbook format was a nice touch! Itās easy to forget to stop taking and carefully storing those photos as the business grows from here. Try and make sure to stop and smell the roses, youāll blink and be 50 people and be shipping this number of machines a month soon.

This is awesome! I received notification today that my pre-order machine is shipped. Iāve been reading both the updates and this forum and I have to say that the updates have been regular, regardless of the news. This is very different from many other Kickstarter campaigns where the updates are few and far between.

Hello and happy new year. Just wondering if this is being updated anymore now that the fist big orders were complete. I did read the update just after the new year on the plan with the next couple of batches. Iām about 20 away from the last updated numbers. So close! Haha.

@Aazero I took the time to update, thanks for reminding me 
Looks like the last machine to be shipped out will be #16199 until the baseline inventory is rebuilt. I was able to repair some of the faulty control boxes (our bottleneck to shipping more machines) by switching out broken components with new ones and that allowed us to get an additional 20-odd LongMills out the door before we essentially reached the limit of all the packaged sub-assemblies weād put together July-Oct of last year. If we didnāt get to you, then it means youāll be part of the next stream of machines to come out, estimated for sometime in March (including a few improvements weāve been able to fit into this next batch)

Will these upgrades be made available those of us who have received our units?
Kinda sucks these upgrades came out 1 week after I got my Longmillā¦
The upgrades arenāt out yet and wonāt be shipped with machines until March, most of them are just to help us during assembly or to ensure that less goes wrong during the assembly process for future customers. Which in particular are you interested in?
I cant find the post but it was the metal Z Gantry plate/Wire chain bracket. I was mainly interested in. Iād like to keep my machine current/up to date.
I wasnāt aware there were even upgrade ideas out there!

It depends on the status of your machine. If you email us then we can look further into it

I ordered my machine back on January 3rd my order number is 19674 subtract from 16244 leaves 3430 units until you get to mine am I figuring this correct.
