TLS question (bitsetter manual change bit)

I have been working on my cnc, i installed the Super long board, and its working fine, every limit switch and things goes where it should.

But i have a big struggle setting up my bitsetter, when i press it the TLS light ligths up, so that seems to work.
But How do i set it up to change the z-offset when manually change a tool ?
the M6 command will only show a pause screen.

I have tried to read up in the manuals but I cannot get my head understand it.
I also made a macro that told it to job over and probe the bitsetter, but that did not save a new z-offset.
So Iam looking for a a rather easy to understand tutorial on this matter.

Yes Iam using G-sender.
But i did solve the issue also,
